Think Security e-learning
Our security lessons are designed to increase your employees security awareness and minimize risks.
THINK SECURITY consists of interactive online modules which we refer to as The Security Circles, where users receive education and experience from short films and case studies. Through the Circles, you will gradually be trained to develop your knowledge within security routines. Each Circle is completed with exercises and a test. It is moreover essential that you can access training and education at any given time.
Each Circle is approximately 18 minutes. Over the course of a year you will receive all 6 new Circle. This will allow the learner a convenient amount of time to study the material. The THINK SECURITY team can follow along and see your progress during the time the education takes place. At the end of the Six Circles, there will be a final exam and you will receive a certificate upon completion. Our lessons are continuously developed and uprated during and after this time in order to improve our user’s experience.
SECURITY DURING SALES
CIRCLE NO. 1
It is your mission to sell, but it is also your responsibility to combine sales and security. The goal of Circle No. 1 is to give you practical tools on how to make sales in maximum security settings, while not displaying them in an overwhelming way to the customer.
COLLECTING INFORMATION
CIRCLE NO. 2
Collecting information is done by almost all criminals and regular eyes are not always able to spot this criminal activity. The goal of Circle No. 2 is to provide you with tools in order to learn and react to criminal behavior in time and to send a message to the outside world that you THINK SECURITY.
KNOW YOUR RISKS
CIRCLE NO. 3
In Circle No. 3, we focus on studying the risks of your routine and teach you how to address different risks in order to protect yourself, your colleagues and the store. You need to know how and when criminals will use their strategies, techniques and the knowledge they have collected against you.
PREVENTING BEHAVIOUR
CIRCLE NO. 4
The goal of Circle No. 4 is to provide you with information about behaviour. This way you will know how to change behaviour and habits that could potentially become a risk to your work environment. To minimize these risks, you need to know how to identify both positive and negative behaviors. Additionally, you need to be able to change them
EMERGENCY
CIRCLE NO. 5
In Circle No. 5, we will go through different kinds of emergencies, and give you tips on how you could deal with them. We focus on why and how to be prepared for emergency situations. In order to deal with emergencies, your store needs to be prepared for anything and it is proven that it minimizes the damage. It is important to have very clear procedures that is specifically designed for each individual store.
SECURITY BRIEFING
CIRCLE NO. 6
In Circle No. 6 we focus on how to do a proper security briefing and why it is important.
The lesson gives the employees tools so that they will be able to do a security briefing in a correct and structured way.

WILL I NEED OTHER SECURITY EQUIPMENT IF I BUY THE COURSE?
It is a combination. An employee who Thinks Security will know how to operate the security equipment better.
Our philosophy is that your eyes are the best camera. By training your employee’s eyes you create a dynamic co-operation between the team which will minimize the risks even before the client enter the store.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Depending on the course, the average time is about 18 minutes to finish the lesson.
This will give your employees a good window of time to finish each lesson.
IS IT ONLY FOR JEWELRY BUSINESSES?
Although it was originally designed for jewelry businesses, the THINK SECURITY methods can be used in any type of store facing security risks.
